For the first time in nine years, Education Soaring is not presenting an Academic Summer Program as usual. Several "late-breaking" weeklong classes may be offered in July or August, but please plan your child's summer camp schedule without holding weeks open for the Education Soaring 2011 Summer Program. The INSTITUTE for MATHEMATICAL THINKING and PERFORMANCE |

Education Soaring's K-12 math education program, The Institute for Mathematical Thinking and Performance (IMTAP), will provide mathematically talented students with instruction at all levels and on many mathematical topics. Integral to IMTAP will be the presentation of university level math instruction to talented students from 7th through 12th grades and beyond. Upper level classes will be taught by a newcomer to Education Soaring, a university math professor who holds a Masters Degree from Harvard and a Ph.D. from Brandeis University. Kristine Fosback will continue to oversee accelerated instruction and real life, hands-on math experiences for elementary and middle school students. TUTORING |

Education Soaring continues to provide individualized tutoring for students from kindergarten through 8th grade in core academic subjects and social skills. Prescriptive instruction is offered for the purposes of acceleration, enrichment, remediation, or any combination of these. |
ASSESSMENT |
ON-GOING |
Education Soaring provides several types of assessment services as well as referrals to outside professionals. New to Education Soaring's assessment services is the screening of children between the ages of three and seven to determine potential giftedness, developmental delays, or normal development. The screening offers an affordable way for parents to determine how they can best address their young child's academic and social preparedness for an optimal school placement in the future. |

Education Soaring assists parents in determining and accessing the best educational programming for their child. After a thorough evaluation of a child’s academic needs, recommendations are made and communicated to parents and educators in ways that increase educational options rather than make them frustratingly elusive to secure. |
