"Our son had a very positive experience overall at Education Soaring this summer. He was, his father observed, totally engaged at the student store. Totally engaging our son can be difficult - his mind is often on other topics, despite what he should be doing. The cooking class, Kitchen Science, has inspired him to continue cooking at home. It was a very respectful touch to give each student the equipment they need to proceed on their own. Our son keeps his cookbooks and measuring tools in a box that he has carved with the label, "Cooking," and he is proud to use them every day since class ended."
